Here’s what my Mac screen looks like on a regular basis:

- Work email? Check.
- Random website? Check. [BTW, you MUST check out Imogen Heap if you haven’t already]
- Tweetdeck? Check.
- iTunes? Check.
- iChat? Check.
- Adium? Check.
